Porco indicted

No bail, no quote from Soares: After almost a year, an indictment in the Porco case. I'll have more to say next week.

I think he's just hoping for a plea bargain: he wins if there is and he wins in there isn't...he can say what kind of son makes his mother come all the way from Rochester just to testify....yatta, yatta....there you go a piece of prosecution closing for the DA.
